It's easy to get around the limitation. For business reasons I have multiple Google accounts. You just need to know how to clear the simple cookie or just use Firefox for one account and Edge or IE for the other and Chrome gives you a third. I have 2 or 3 accounts with just one browser. If this is a new limitation? I have not run into it.

It's existed for months now. You can only change your name like three times on an account. This has literally nothing to do with cookies

Please familiarise yourself with the rules and markup syntax before posting, also keep in mind you can minify URLs using MiniURL and generate image macros using MiniMacro.
