Fourth day in a row I slept terribly. I even went to bed early. I feel like shit.

Do you take anything to help with sleep? I would try taking some melatonin, and seeing if your doctor can prescribe something which would help with those symptoms because it sounds like it's psychological.

The rhyme would sound better if you have used the word "rest" instead of "sleep".

I slept well fora! I am feeling better! Still a bit rough because I have a lot of sleep to catch up on.

Green, the standard medication is LORMETAZEPAN, it is not addictive and works for 6 hours.

Ask your pdoc for advice. It makes you tired and doze of. I highlight: not addictive.
